Resin Flooring

As one of the leading resin flooring installers across the UK, we are able to deliver a variety of different resin systems and styles. Whether you’re looking for a methyl methacrylate (MMA), polyurethane, epoxy or another resin flooring system, we’ve got you covered. Resin floors are highly versalite and service a wide variety of sectors, meaning we can match the clients needs to the perfect system.

Methyl Methacrylate Flooring

Methyl methacrylate floors (MMA for short) are known for their unique and rapid installation process. This resin flooring system overhauls the usual curing times, as this system can be cured and operationally ready in two hours. The MMA system is perfect for businesses with limited shutdown periods such as commercial kitchens where we are able to install our food safe systems overnight. With so many MMA systems available, from decorative flake to hardwearing durable services, there is something for every project.

Polyurethane Flooring

Polyurethane is a heavy duty resin system that provides unmatched durability and longevity. Alongside its hardwearing properties it is also known for its hygienic qualities in not holding harmful bacteria and incorporating chemical resistance against spillages which may occur. To meet the client’s specification, we can incorporate anti-slip resistance which provides resistance in dry and wet conditions. These factors make the polyurethane system a favourite among food factories, breweries and engineering facilities.

Epoxy Resin Flooring

Epoxy levelling screeds are appealing due to their excellent resistance to heavy foot and vehicle traffic and their chemical resistance properties. Epoxy systems offer a high quality, long-lasting, smooth and glossy floor, which is easy to clean and maintain. These installations are available in a wide range of colours and are a cost-effective finish to coat a floor with a non-porous finish. These systems are perfect for a wide range of areas such as warehouse and storage, distribution centres and aviation.

Screeding & Insulation

We install various screeding and insulation systems to create the perfect substrate and foundations for our clients. Pumpable flowing screeds, or self-levelling screeds, allow for a very level finish, are quick to apply and can be suitable to use with an under floor heating system. These flowing screeds work perfectly with the Thermal Lightweight Aggregate (TLA) liquid insulation system, which is a revolutionary system that combines EPS beads coated in an innovative additive with cement to create a pourable insulation. This system is a carbon neutral alternative to standard insulations and all mixing is done on-site in our mobile screed factories.

Terrazzo Flooring

Terrazzo flooring is one of the most luxurious systems available as it offers a stunning style and durability that can be client-tailored. The three main types of terrazzo are cementitious, epoxy and a fast-curing resin terrazzo. These systems incorporate marble chippings and effects into the design, allowing our clients to find their perfect finish. This style is fast evolving as new systems and methods are being introduced to speed up curing times and make it more accessible for clients.

Polished Concrete

Polished concrete floors combine the durability of concrete with the beauty of natural stone. It creates a glossy flat surface that provides a wow factor finish which is easy to clean and maintain. The decorative finish makes it ideal for areas such as office lobbies, galleries and retail stores where you can create an immediate impact. These finishes are incredibly long-lasting with an easy maintenance routine and the option of resealing every few years to keep its shine.

While resin floors are a more expensive option than some alternatives, they provide a more cost-effective option for your business over time as they are a more durable system and last much longer.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide a standard meter squared price for our resin floors due to the many variables that affect a project. To understand these variables on a project, our technical teams conduct free site surveys to gather and relay accurate information to our estimating team, delivering you an accurate price. This question is dependent on the environment and system installed. Our technical team are experts at providing a system that fits with the client’s environment allowing you to maximise the life span of your floor. Don’t leave it to chance, get in touch with our expert team today.

Some resin systems will create an odour when installed, while others remain odourless. The good news is that we have extraction fans and tubing to extract the odour from the area to a safe place, removing any potential issues the odour can create. For every project involving an odour resin system, we create a full risk assessment which includes our extraction plans to manage any risks.

We take preparation very seriously and as such, we always prepare the substrate on all of our projects. As part of our site visit, our team will assess if the system can be laid on top or if a substrate will be required. We have invested heavily in our diamond grinding machinery to ensure we always create a secure bond for the system and deliver a quality installation.

Yes, we are able to undertake any project within the UK. Our head offices are situated centrally in the UK, allowing us to service any project nationwide efficiently.

The curing times are dependent on which system has been installed. An MMA system can be trafficked after a couple of hours, whereas for more durable systems, it can be a day before the system can be foot trafficked.
