Milestone delivered roofing upgrades and solar PV installations across two sites in Doncaster and Leeds, improving building performance and supporting sustainability goals.

Key Works

• Installed scaffolding and netting to ensure safe access
• Overclad existing asbestos roofs with twin skin insulated cladding systems
• Installed bespoke solar PV systems at both sites
• Delivered a 44-panel system at Doncaster and a 168-panel (104kWp) system at Leeds
• Integrated all electrical elements to maximise on-site energy use

Outcome
The upgraded roofs improve insulation and longevity, while the PV systems generate 126,900 kWh annually, cutting carbon by 59,600 kg per year and delivering strong long-term energy savings.
