A local canned soft drinks business urgently needed hygienic flooring at one of their food-grade production lines in advance of installing a new multi-million pound machine. Milestone was brought on board to deliver the complete package with new drainage and screed required before the flooring works during the tight Christmas shutdown period.

• Breaking out of existing tiles and substrate with a series of machinery
• Welded Stainless-steel drainage across areas of the factory
• Polymer screed installed over the area before applying an attractive and hygienic polyurethane finish
• A fully CDM-managed project utilising protective sheets and tenting to cordon off the area of works from the factory
