Primark Swansea

The Milestone team was brought in to carry out remedial work on the exterior and roof of this Primark store in Wales.

Our scope of works included the following:

• Full site set up and safety plans with external scaffolding erected
• Removal of the existing lead panels
• Removal of timber window frames and corroded fixings at the top of the store
• Replacing existing lead panels with new aluminium fascias
• Installing new secondary support steelwork
• Installation of new rainscreen cladding look
• Cleaning and treating any corroded steelwork

The project provided the store with a fresh new exterior with protection against the elements in the future, this scheme will reduce maintenance costs and provide longevity for the store.
