White Rose Retail Store

This 12,000m2 project involved a retail store transformation where a new client was taking over an existing premises with a latex vinyl installed. Milestone were called to provide the client with a substrate they can rely on and trust for their business. Our works included:

• Shot blasting the first and second floor to remove existing latex and create a ready substrate.
• The surface was primed using a spray primer to increase the speed of the programme and even spread
• Installation of the Cemfloor liquid screed across both levels providing a strong, robust screed with a reduced carbon footprint whilst reducing standard curing times.
• Milestone’s mobile screed factories enabled onsite calculated mixing with reduced waste and transportation as the whole process was conducted within the machinery
