Wellington Place

The wellington place development in the centre of Leeds is an exciting new project with stunning new office blocks. The client and architect had a stunning office concept that required a high-quality decorative floor to enhance their vision for the entrance and hallway areas.

• We installed the Mondeco Rapide seamless terrazzo system across the area with an attractive blend that was produced using a unique blend to the client’s spec.
• To ensure longevity and quality, we installed Dural trims and expansion joints around lift areas and other potentially exposed or required areas within the floor.
• Installing during the height of the COVID pandemic, we had to adapt, this included extra layers of health and safety documentation such as additional risk assessments required and additional PPE for the team.
• We had to manage the MMA vapours carefully and as such, extraction routes and points were agreed upon and perimeter air monitoring tests conducted.
