Our recent project at Primark Hamilton brought together the best of traditional craftsmanship and modern innovation.

Working on a 19th-century building, we aimed to restore its timeless charm while ensuring it meets today’s durability and functionality standards.

Scope of Works:

• Roof Restoration: The original roof of this historic structure was carefully removed, preserving the essence of the building’s architectural heritage.
• Timber Treatment: All rotten timber was repaired, replaced, and treated to ensure long-lasting strength and stability.
• Modern Slate Installation: A new slate roof was installed using Spanish conservation slate. This material was chosen to replicate the aesthetic of an original slate roof, maintaining the building’s classic appearance while delivering modern performance.
