This supermarket store in Bedfordshire required maintenance to the drainage areas of the roof. With Birds becoming a problem to the roofing structure, our team had to achieve a solution that maintained the roof’s longevity.

• Removal of existing debris on the roof and gutters before our team jet-washed the gutters and outlets to remove any potential blockages.
• Our team used PVC/ Reactivation primer & metal primer where required to prepare the roof for the following overcoat.
• A base Polyurethane coat was installed with a glass fibre matting before a final topcoat of the Centech PU 15 gutter system was installed.
• Our team also installed a new bird netting system to provide increased protection and resistance against the issues that birds have caused to the store’s roof.
