Milestone was tasked with installing phase two of this large-scale roofing scheme.

The store’s roof is being completed stage by stage, and the Milestone team was on hand to complete the project’s next stage.

The scope of works included:

• Removing debris and solar chippings from the existing roof system
• Removal of 3000m2 of ballast
• Jet washing off the existing area to remove any leftover dirt and provide a clean substrate
• Removal and reinstatement of penetration flashings to allow application of coating system
• Application of a Polyurethane coating system throughout the area, incorporating a waterproof system
• Installing a quartz walkway system to allow safe passage around the roof where required
