IQ Student Accomodation

IQ Student Accommodation operates multiple student accommodations across the UK.

Our team was brought in to conduct a variety of works over the summer break period to refresh the decoration before the students returned.

The scope of works included:

• Implemented new decoration works throughout the bedrooms and communal areas
• New vinyl flooring has been installed throughout rooms, corridors and communal areas
• New fixtures and furnishings fitted where required, such as laundry rooms and student canteens
• Working round the clock to ensure these accommodations are ready to go ahead of the new arrivals for the upcoming university season
